Meet the Sands Golden Chefs
Sands Resorts Macao has launched a micro-movie for a campaign titled “Sands Golden Chefs” to bring to light the range and quality of dining available across its restaurants. The short film, which parodies classic kung fu movies such as “18 Bronzemen” and “God of Cookery”, is a light-hearted take showcasing The Venetian Macao, The Parisian Macao, Sands Cotai Central and Sands Macao as must-visit culinary destinations.
Produced by leading creative agency Saatchi & Saatchi Shanghai, “Sands Golden Chefs” shows 12 renowned Sands Resorts Macao chefs journey to ‘The Golden Chef Academy’, where they endure hard training and endurance tests before attaining ‘Golden Chef’ status. During this process each chef develops a special ability related to their signature dish, whether a mastery of fire, strength or finesse. Artfully drawing comparisons between the highly-honed skills required for both martial and culinary arts, the micro-movie utilises impressive cinematic effects to show how Sands Resorts Macao chefs combine multiple disciplines and flair to achieve their awesome power over food.
The brand campaign aims to hightlight of Sands Resorts Macao’s world-class restaurants and dining offers through humorously tell the story that only the most dedicated chefs make the grade at the leading integrated resorts. Twelve short versions focusing on each individual chef are also to be released.
