Temptation at Shoppes at Parisian

Ample attraction
Another new arrival is beauty store Temptation, which offers dozens of the best-known beauty, perfume and skincare brands out there, from Bobbi Brown to Versace. Owned by the popular Swiss retailers Dufry, Tempation occupies 2,600 square metres on level 3 and level 5 of Shoppes at Parisian’s Galerie Vivienne, with a chic, metropolitan interior connected by
custom-built staircases.

Snake eyes
Bella Hadid has been appointed the face of Bulgari’s fall/winter 2017 accessories collections, as captured by acclaimed portrait photographer Terry Richardson. The themes this year stem from Bulgari’s longstanding Serpenti, featuring both classic and new symbols from stars to polka dots in eye-opening combinations, and the all-new Diva’s Dream, a tribute – in Bulgari’s words – to “the latter-day diva”.

Very berry launch
In May, Burberry’s Chief Creative and Chief Executive Officer Christopher Bailey threw a star-studded party to launch the brand’s new, permanent DK88 bag collection at its Spring Street store in New York. The bag is named after Burberry’s house code for the brand’s signature honey-coloured gabardine fabric, and the heart of the collection is the DK88 Top Handle, defined by its silhouette, its oversized lock and its sculpted handle.

Flight time
Breitling’s very own DC-3, a reconditioned twin-engine World War II-era aircraft, arrived at Macau International Airport on April 24 as part of its round-the-world trip. Its arrival coincides with the release of the Navitimer Breitling DC-3 limited edition: 500 chronographs that are currently journeying around the globe on the plane. The watches will be available in the autumn when the Breitling DC-3 concludes its circumnavigation.

First encounters
In a Macao first, Italy’s Degaia now has its own store at Shoppes at Parisian. Degaia was founded in 2006 in Florence by designer Marysol Gabriel, who made his name working for the likes of Roberto Cavalli and YSL. Degaia’s
aesthetic has been described as “gothic rock chic”. The store is open now at The Parisian Shop 322b, Avenue Montaigne, Level 3.

Star candidate
Zadig & Voltaire’s store at Shoppes at Parisian is now open. The brand’s MO is to give fashion basics a playful, rock ‘n’ roll aesthetic – and artistic director Cecilia Bönström goes even further, saying the house can be defined by “four strong codes: military, leather, knitwear, and lingerie”. Find Zadig & Voltaire at The Parisian, Shop 355/356, Rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré, Level 3.
